The Health Fitness Trainer (HFT) program at Bryan College offers a broad range of learning opportunities. In addition to receiving preparation for a national certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, you’ll also receive preparation for the Canfitpro – Personal Trainer Specialist certification. The curriculum also provides hands-on experience in world-class facilities, where you’ll work one-on-one with fitness experts and certified professionals. Our HFT diploma program was designed based on current competencies outlined by professional fitness organizations?- so you can be assured of learning the skills employers demand.
